FAX To Email

Fax To Email is a virtual fax machine service. Are you sick of purchasing expensive faxing paper for your fax machine, only have it print out blank pages all the time? This is the product for you! We provide you with a number in your chosen region or you can port your current fax number over to a digital service, and you provide us with a destination email address for the received messages. You have the option of receiving the faxes in pdf or tiff format. We use software to receive the fax which allows us to receive multiple faxes at once, all on the same indial number, meaning people sending faxes to you will never encounter a busy signal ever again.

We have recently added support for Email to Fax for NO EXTRA Charge! We provide you with both services for the same cost. Reduce your business costs, don't even purchase a Fax machine, or throw out that faulty fax machine which keeps breaking down on you. You can send outbound faxes by sending an email to a specific address that we supply you. You put the destination fax number of the recipient in the Subject, and either attach a PDF or TIFF document or put your fax in the body of the email. Our systems then process your email and fax it to the recipient. The time spent sending the fax is added to your monthly allocation.

You can store all your faxes in one easy email address, and archive them from there, without having to worry about the paper fading or going missing in a filing cabinet.

Once the allocated minutes has been used, excess minutes are charged at the rate specified by 'Excess Minutes'. This amount will be added only your next bill. All rates listed are excluding gst.
