Live Answering Service is perfectly suited to someone who is constantly on the go and doesn't have time to constantly listen to voice messages. When this system receives a call, they are connected through to the first available operator who answers the call on behalf of your business. You provide them with the greeting you would like given and they take a message on your behalf or connect the call through to the relevant person as requested by the caller. The messages are sms'd to a Mobile phone, and emailed to an email address.
An Indial is setup in one of our locations, or you can port your existing pstn number across to the digital system. Then you can configure any number of mobile phones to receive the sms's, email address's for messages, or external answer points to patch the caller through to if requested. You can specify the greeting, questions to ask the caller, and the layouts for the messages. Live Operator Answering Service is a very flexible product and is very good as the last overflow number on a 1300 or 1800 number.
