Postcode Prompting is a large scale IVR menu, with many configuration options and features. It's the perfect product as the primary answer point for a company with franchise stores nationally. The caller is initially greeted then prompted to enter their postcode, then we connect them through to the relevant answer point that was pre-configured for that postcode. There are other various configuration options available for such things as incorrect input or no input, and the ability to have a failover destination incase the user is unable to use the dialler correctly.
